EASYPAY - How it works

Having decided to use our services for your wedding day and wishing to take advantage of the B.O.A Easypay scheme we will issue you with a unique Easypay reference code along with an invoice for our wedding services. You may then pay any amount by any means towards that invoice simply by quoting your reference number when you make that payment . You will receive a statement every month (provided you have made a payment) to show how much you have paid and how much is still outstanding.

Alterations to wedding order

If there are any unconfirmed quantities eg. Button-holes, corsages, number of tables on your wedding order, we will invoice you with an approximate amount to enable you to commence the scheme. When we have confirmed the quantities we will adjust your account accordingly.

If you make any additions to your wedding order we will issue an additional invoice, which will be added to your account .

If you deduct anything from your wedding order we will issue a credit note, which will be deducted from your account .

Where does your money go?

Any payments you make will be credited into a separate bank account and will remain your property (less any charges - see terms and conditions) until we transfer the funds 7 working days before your event date.
